• Late model motorcycle.

• Serviced in accordance with manufactures specifications.

• The use of an approved helmet, fabric motorcycle Jacket and waterproof oversuit (we have a limited range of sizes, so may not be able to provide a suitable garment if you fall outside a common range of sizes) maps.
  

• Short-term luggage storage.

• 24-hour emergency roadside assistance. Who pays is conditional. Pick-up is free if our machine suffers mechanical failure. If the failure is due to your neglignce of mistreatment, then you will be liable for pick up charges.

• Basic Safety check carried out by our staff prior to handover.

• Tank full of fuel.

• Min hire period of 24hours.

• A full refund if we are unable to provide the ordered motorcycle or an equivalent alternative.

• MAIB third party injury insurance included in motorcycle registration.

• Comprehensive insurance for the motorcycle with a standard excess of $2500 ($3500 for under 25's)

You provide:

• A valid motorcycle license for the type of motorcycle being rented.

• For non-Lams motorcycle a declaration of a minimum of 2 years riding experience on a large capacity motorcycle. (F650GS BMW is a Lams approved motorcycle)

• We reserve the right to withhold our motorcycle from rental if we do not consider the renter possesses the skills to safely operate it.

• 25% deposit of the total rental paid by credit card, bank check or bank direct deposit at the time of booking.

• Balance to be paid prior to pick up for rentals. Tours must be fully paid a minimum of 21 days prior to the start date of the tour.

• Credit card or other acceptable insurance deposit of $2500.00 for over 25 year olds, $3500.00 for under 25 year olds.

• 24 hours notice for extensions of time to rental. This will always be conditional on availability.

• We will provide you with a condition report for the motorcycle which you will be asked to sign. Please check that that form is accurate.

• The bike must be returned undamaged. If it is damaged you will be liable for the cost of repairs up to the value of your deposit.

• Please return the motorcycle with a tank full of fuel, we will charge $1.70 / litre if we have to fill it.

• Your own travel and illness insurance.

• Motorcycling involves its own level of risk, By accepting these conditions you acknowledge this and promise to absolve Moto Adventure Tasmania, its owners and employees from legal action as a result of any injury or loss you may suffer when participating in any tour or motorcycle hire provided by Moto Adventure Tasmania.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At the time we receive written notice that you must cancel your trip, the following will apply (all dates are from arrival date): Trip fees will be refunded with 21 days notice in writing (E-mail will suffice). Fees will be forfeited after that date. No refund will be given after arrival for group bookings where a member of the group chooses not to participate for any reason whatsoever. No partial refunds will be given for unused accommodation, meals, or sightseeing trips during your tour, for any reason whatsoever. Cost is quoted as a package and credits are not given for services not used. Trip extensions and additional accommodation have their own fees and cancellation policies.
