Moto Adventure Tasmania has chosen the R1200GS as our flagship motorcycle. It is built for lightness, quality, comfort, economy and dependability.
It is ideal for the larger rider and for ‘two up’ touring. The 1200GS looks a bit scary when on its centre stand, but once underway this is one light and precise motorcycle.

We have a choice of low or standard seat. Four bikes available.
Rental Details
Gear
- Helmet, Jacket, Pants and Gloves included in the price. Size is subject to availability at time.
Deposit
- 10% at time of booking
- Balance due by credit card at the time of setting out.
- Refund up to 21 days only.
Security Bond
- $3500 for experienced riders over 25, full licence for 2 years.
- Bond is in the form of Credit Card Swipe signed by the hirer.
- Bond is refundable upon the safe return of our bikes.
