We have two of the new DOHC model available for summer 2010/2011.
Moto Adventure Tasmania has chosen the R1200GS as our flagship motorcycle. It is built for lightness, quality, comfort, economy and dependability.
It is ideal for the larger rider and for ‘two up’ touring. The 1200GS looks a bit scary when on its centre stand, but once underway this is one light and precise motorcycle.

Our machines are fitted with:

We have a choice of low or standard seat. Four bikes available.
Rental Details
Kilometres
- 500km per day free on rentals 1 to 4 days then 55 cents per km.
- 5 days + rentals have unlimited free kilomentres.
Gear
- Helmet, Jacket, Pants and Gloves included in the price. Size is subject to availability at time. Bring your own gear to garantee comfort.
Booking Fee
- 10% at time of booking
- Balance due by credit card at the time of setting out.
Security Bond
- $3500 for experienced riders over 25, full licence for 2 years.
- Bond is refundable upon the safe return of our bikes.
- The total excess is $3500.
